We are ready to announce that Ekoton USA, together with our local representative Envirotect, have installed one of the largest machines in the model range, namely, MDQ-353 C at the wastewater treatment plant of one of the leading cheese manufacturers in Ohio State. Specialists of the Ekoton USA have developed a technological solution for the disposal of sludge on the basis of a Multi-disc screw press dehydrator that allowed to reduce the customer’s operating costs for sludge utilization.
Prior the equipment installation Ekoton made full scale excess sludge dewatering pilot test using dehydrator MDQ-201. Achieved results were very successful so Ekoton offered MDQ 353 C and installation platform. Also, important factors influencing the choice of EKOTON Industrial Group as a supplier of equipment were the optimal combination of operating costs (polymer consumption, spare parts, energy consumption, labor, etc.), capital costs as well as the guarantees provided.
During the December of 2018, Ekoton shipped MDQ-353 C Multi-disc Screw Press. In addition to a challenging installation location, contractor has made custom floor, plumbing, conduit and wire. We took responsibility for the provided technological solution and its implementation “turnkey”.
