The ESMIL MDQ-453C mobile dewatering system comes complete with a sludge pump, polymer feeder, mixing tank, three (3) of the largest available multi-disk dewatering drums and an ESMIL KVE shaftless screw conveyor assembly. The system can run manually or fully automated through its PLC control panel and large HMI touch screen! The system is a full-production ESMIL model MDQ-453C.
The ESMIL MDQ-453C mobile dewatering system has three drums that are driven by individual 3 HP motors. The system is designed to run with all three drums at once but can run with any combination of one to three drums as selected through the HMI. Truly modular!
