Starting December 2017, Esmil Corp. joined the members of the Water Environment Federation (WEF); the largest professional organization in the water and sewage sector in the USA. Today, over 34,000 individual members and 75 affiliated Member Associations belong to WEF.
The priority of the Water Environment Federation is to develop technical standards for the water and sewage industry, consultancy, training and publishing activities. The best scientists, engineers, regulators, academics, utility managers, plant operators and other professionals make up the ranks of this organization. Esmil Corp. is proud to have become a member of the Water Environment Federation and we hope that our more than twenty years of wastewater experience will be an enhancement to the further development of the industry in the USA.
WEF was founded in 1928, and since that time has protected public health and the environment. It is a world leader in the global water sector and connects the best wastewater treatment professionals from all over the world. The association’s mission is to connect water professionals, enrich their expertise, increase the awareness of both the impact and value of water and provide a platform for water sector innovation.
Esmil Corporation was founded in 1995 by wastewater treatment specialists. Today, Esmil equipment successfully operates in more than 30 countries around the world. The company produces equipment for important applications in wastewater treatment including mechanical treatment, physical-chemical treatment, biological treatment and sludge dewatering. Two of our products – Multi-Disk Screw Presses for sludge dewatering and Pipe Air Diffusers, are represented in the American market.
